Mr. Trevor Tsietsi Theledi (Founder & CEO)

Theledi is an IT Graduate with over 22 year experience in this dynamic field

Having worked for IBM as a Network Engineer, Systems Integration Specialist and Business Enterprise Architect, he gained extensive experience in designing and developing multiple platforms and integrating them into single systems for multiple organisations such as a Nedbank, Coca-Cola, ABSA and GITOC.

Theledi was a front-runner in the roll out of Least-Cost-Routing Cellular services in the country and was Orion Telecoms’ top performing agent within the space, making him a leading activator of corporate mobile services contracts for both MTN and Vodacom via Least Cost Routing contracts. He then joined Blue Label Telecoms as an Equity partner and an Executive Director of multiple entities within the group, more notably as the Co-Managing Director of The Pre-Paid Company and CEO of ZOK Cellular. Theledi led Business Development and introduced new business channels to the group, which were previously untapped. In 2007, he was an intimate part of the successful listing of Blue Label Telecoms on the JSE, and as the youngest executive within the listing, achieved numerous rewards.

After having served Blue Label Telecoms for six years, Theledi left the group and started a Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Consulting Company, namely Anix Telecoms, which introduced and specialized in ICT Project Management Offices (PMO). Anix Telecoms serviced multiple provincial governments, national government departments, mining houses, SMEs as well as State-Owned-Entities. As a PMO it pioneered key ICT-driven investment programmes such as Smart City Developments, Aerotropolis Developments, Renewable Energy Generation & Manufacturing Parks as well as Knowledge Economy Initiatives, all of which was led by Theledi.

From 2011 Theledi headed Zetnet Mobile, a mobile-services company, owned by the ZCC, with which he set new subscriber activation records for all networks in the country, where on the launch of the company’s services, it achieved over half a million activation within a three day period. To date Zetnet Mobile remains among the most successful, unmarketed closed-loop Mobile-services Company in the country.

Theledi is the Chief Executive of T3 Telecoms and is the primary driver of all operational, strategic and administrative activities.
